Text alerts help you and your team stay informed about meter health, water usage, and potential leaks in real time. By enabling alerts, you’ll ensure that the right people receive timely notifications about important events, from meter health updates to leak detection. Use the steps below to set up and customize text alerts for your team members.
- Log in to your web app account and navigate to Settings.
- Go to Team Members.
- To add a new team member, click Invite New User.
- To update an existing member, click the three vertical dots next to their name and add a phone number.

Once the team member is added or updated, open the Notifications tab. Here you can configure when you’d like to receive meter health notifications. Enable or disable the following text alerts as needed:
- Device Health Summary: Weekly summary of device health and water usage.
- Leak Alerts: Sent when a low flow, continuous leak or abnormal usage is detected.
- High-Flow Leak Alerts: Sent when a high flow leak with high costs or damage is detected.
- Initial Activation Alerts: Sent to confirm successful installation of a meter.
- Device Unhealthy Alerts: Sent when a meter is malfunctioning. Please contact support.
- Device Healthy Events: Sent when a meter is functioning correctly again.
