Known Issues & Tips

• Zero usage = zero invoice unless fixed fees are set
• Invoices may take up to 2 hours to sync if backdated bills are created
• Ensure unit names are in order (manually review or adjust if not)
• Subject line of tenant invoice is generic; change in Stripe
• No payment link if Stripe identity isn't verified
• If you encounter an incorrect total (e.g., $10 input → $60), check:
  • Fee duplication
  • Number of tenants
  • Whether fixed fees apply per unit or total
