Never Connected
No Status Message has been seen.
Not Seen In Over 72 Hours
A Status Message has not been reported in over 72 hours.
Setup Failed - Water Signal Error
The meter is detecting an issue with the water signal.
Setup Failed - Pipe Configuration
The meter is detecting an issue with the configured pipe type or size.
Setup Failed - Unknown Error
The meter is detecting an issue but no check can indicate what the failure is.
Installation Failed - Signal Error
Installation was attempted but there is an issue with the water signal.
Installation Failed - Pipe Configuration
Installation was attempted but there is an issue with pipe type or size.
Installation Failed - Unknown Error
Installation was attempted but the issue is not one listed above.
Leak Detected
An Active Leak has been detected.
Active
All checks have passed.
Installation Check In Progress
Installation was successful, but the meter has not reported usage. This will happen 24 hours after installation and the health status will update to either one of the “Installed Failed” states or to the Leak Detected/Active states.
