To ensure seamless delivery of important emails from SimpleSUB Water to your organization's email accounts, we recommend implementing email whitelisting.
Email whitelisting involves configuring your email server or spam filter to recognize our domain or specific email addresses as trusted sources, allowing emails from us to bypass spam filters and reach recipients' inboxes directly.
- Add our email address to your contacts: Simply add our email address support@simplesubwater.com to your email contacts or address book. This action tells your email provider that you want to receive emails from us.
- Create a filter or rule: Depending on your email provider, you can create a filter or rule that directs emails from our domain (simplesubwater.com) to your inbox. You can usually do this by accessing your email settings and setting up a filter that includes our domain name.
- Mark our emails as "Not Spam": If you find any of our emails in your spam or junk folder, mark them as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk." This action helps train your email provider's spam filter to recognize our emails as legitimate.
